Pastors, you are invited to join us for our annual Pastors Lunch on Wednesday, August 26, from 12:00 to 2:30pm at Smitty's Restaurant in Steinbach.

 

Our topic for this year’s lunch is Dying Well, led by guest speaker Dr. Jamie Penner.

 

Pastors are often called upon to walk alongside individuals and families during end of life. As our culture increasingly embraces medical assistance in dying (MAiD) and many families struggle to navigate aging, suffering, and loss, the Church has an important opportunity to offer a different vision.

 

Dr. Penner will offer practical insights into caring for those approaching the end of life, exploring what it means to die well, and how to provide compassionate, hope-filled support during this season.

 

This is also an opportunity to connect with other local pastors, enjoy a meal together, and encourage one another in ministry.
