Our society has an abundance of caregivers. Whether it’s taking care of a child with chronic illness or developmental challenges, raising a teenager struggling with mental health, or caring for aging parents, caregivers are everywhere.
While the demands on our time are increasing, our ability to fill our own buckets is decreasing.
Care Together is a monthly peer support group for caregivers. It is a safe place to come and connect with others who share that same weight of caregiving responsibility. So often we feel that we need to carry that burden on our own because no one else seems to understand, but Care Together is here to share that burden.
It’s time for the caregivers to get cared for.
